Haiti has the full support of America and our resources, and it is my sincere hope that rescue and recovery efforts will save lives and help limit the effects of the damage that has already been wrought.

As we celebrate the season together, share our blessings with those who are less fortunate, and keep the men and women fighting for us overseas in our thoughts, we also look forward to a new year filled with new opportunity.
