Congressional Transparency Caucus

Mission

You deserve to know what your Government is doing. The Congressional Transparency Caucus is a bipartisan group of lawmakers dedicated to enacting legislation that brings openness and accessibility to the federal government. In the words of Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, "sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants."

Congressman Quigley founded the caucus in May 2011.

About the Congressional Transparency Caucus

The purpose of the caucus is to highlight important issues in government transparency and provide a bipartisan space for Members of Congress to discuss how to pass good government legislation.

Congressman Quigley is the Chair and Founder of the Transparency Caucus. Congressman Comer is the Vice Chair.
