Bill Keating (D-MA), Joe Wilson (R-SC), Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), and Jim McGovern (D-MA) reintroduced legislation calling on President Biden to support the establishment of an international tribunal for the punishment of the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
Today, U.S. Representatives Mike Quigley (D-IL-05) and Darin LaHood (R-IL-16), members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, announced that they are exploring and intend to introduce legislation to implement stronger enforcement for mishandling of classified documents. Currently, criminal penalties for mishandling classified documents must meet a high standard for prosecution. Quigley and LaHood plan to introduce civil penalties for violations that do not meet that high criminal standard.

"Raising our nation's debt ceiling has been, and should always be, a bipartisan issue. Raising America's debt ceiling ensures we do not default on our financial obligations to those we've borrowed from, and prevents economic catastrophe in the process.
Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) was elected Co-Chair of the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC) for the 118th Congress. Reps. Doris Matsui and Paul Tonko were reelected as Co-Chairs and Rep. Matt Cartwright and Chellie Pingree were reelected as Vice Chairs. The members will be joined by Reps.
