Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05), Ranking Member of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) Appropriations Subcommittee, and Representatives Brendan Boyle (PA-01), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), and Ayanna Pressley (MA-07) responded to Republican attacks on LGBTQI+ Community Funding Projects submitted by Boyle, Houlahan, and Pressley.

Following Republican passage of an amendment to remove these projects, Quigley introduced his own amendment to return them to the bill.

Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05), Co-Chair of the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC), concluded his Eight Climate Change Tour of Denali National Park and Preserve by re-introducing his Reducing Waste in National Parks Act. Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) spoke from the floor of the House of Representatives in defense of Representative Adam Schiff (CA-30) amidst GOP efforts to censure him. Quigley and Schiff served on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence for eight years and worked closely together during the first impeachment investigation of former President Donald Trump.
