Ukraine Caucus Co-Chairs Call on President Biden to Lift Restrictions on Striking Inside Russia with Long-Range Weapons

Today, the bipartisan Co-Chairs of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH-09), Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01), Congressman Mike Quigley (D-IL-05), and Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC-02) were joined by Senate Ukraine Caucus Co-Chairs Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS) in recognizing President Biden’s leadership on Ukraine’s defense and calling on him to lift Ukraine’s restrictions on using long-range weapons to strike legitimate military targets inside Russia.
