Rep. Quigley announced that the Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act (ACMRA), which he re-introduced in December, passed out of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Quigley released the following statement on the letter, sent by all the Democratic Members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, asking Chairman Trey Gowdy to issue a subpoena to finally compel DHS to produce documents it has been withholding from Congress for months relating to Russian government-backed efforts to penetrate at least twenty-one state election systems in the 2016 election, including Illinois.
