Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) spoke from the floor of the House of Representatives to reiterate his call for an Arab-led peacekeeping force to help restore order in the Gaza Strip. The remarks followed a statement released by Quigley last week, in which he initially called for the establishment of a peacekeeping force in Gaza, composed of Arab states.

Today, the members of the House Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC) voted on its leadership for the 119th Congress. Reps. Doris Matsui (CA-07), Mike Quigley (IL-05), and Paul Tonko (NY-20) were reelected as Co-Chairs. Reps. Don Beyer (VA-08), Sean Casten (IL-06), and Chellie Pingree (ME-01) were reelected as Vice Chairs and will be joined by Reps.
