Mike Quigley, D-Ill., said he will offer an amendment that would reverse a Republican-sponsored provision in the fiscal 2013 continuing resolution (PL 113-6) that banned, on a permanent basis, any federal rule that requires gun dealers to conduct physical inventories to determine whether firearms have been lost or stolen.
