On April 7, 2009, Mike Quigley was elected to represent the 5th District of Illinois in the United States Congress. From health care to job creation to immigration reform to equal rights, Quigley has brought his tenacious and commonsense approach to government from Cook County to Washington. Since his election to Congress one year ago Rep. Quigley has made reform, transparency, and fiscal responsibility the cornerstones of his legislative agenda.
