Quigley Statement on House Speaker Vote

Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) released the following statement on the Republicans' failure to select a Speaker of the House:

"Hunter Thompson was right: When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

"This is what a Republican majority gets us: chaos.

"Democrats are here and ready to do our jobs for the country. Republican disarray is standing in the way."
