Quigley Meets with Polish Ambassador, Continues Support of Poland
WASHINGTON – Last week, Congressmen Mike Quigley (D-IL) sat down with Polish Ambassador Robert Kupiecki in Quigley's Washington, D.C. office to discuss extending the Visa Waiver Program to include Poland, as well as economic issues facing Poland and Polish-Americans, a great number of whom reside in Illinois' 5th district.

Quigley has spoken on the House floor in support of the inclusion of Poland as a participating country in the Visa Waiver Program and also co-sponsored and helped pass a measure to grant honorary citizenship to Polish general Casimir Pulaski.
